1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or official holidays.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimate
Standard shipping delivery times are estimated as follows:

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, customs processing, peak shopping seasons or other uncontrollable factors.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight, size and destination of your order. All shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete payment.
Free shipping is available for orders over the threshold displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking information to update after shipment.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not cover additional customs charges, import taxes or delivery delays caused by customs inspection.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse shipping to certain regions due to logistics restrictions, policy limitations or high-risk delivery conditions.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the package is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are advised to check their delivery address carefully before checkout. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first for further assistance.
8. Address Modification
Address changes are only available before the order is shipped. Once the package is in transit, no address modification can be guaranteed. Please double-check your shipping information when placing your order.
